Terms and Conditions for Free MVP
- The MVP is not a full solution, but only to proof of concept to demonstrate the working style and capabilities of Codenay
- The offer to provide Free MVP is at the discretion of Codenay and is not an entitlement on signing up
- The scope of Free MVP is aligned between the client and Codenay before development. The scope is kept to 1-2 pages only
- The free MVP is generally provided only to existing businesses and not for startups at concept stage. Codenay has to believe that the business is revenue generating, and not an experiment
- Codenay reserves the rights on the final decision of the free MVP after evaluating and understanding the client business
